Who is this class designed for?
EVERYONE ages 5+! This class is great for beginners to advanced students. The 45 minute class is designed to teach all ability levels how to tumble and flip on floor and trampoline. If you are scared every time your child bounces on your trampoline at home... let us help. Our highly trained staff will teach them how to properly flip, land and fall in a safe environment.
