We are confident that we offer the finest children’s programming and facilities. We also know that we cannot always offer exactly what every child needs at every stage of their development. That is why we are happy to offer the following guarantee: If after your family’s first term of classes you are not satisfied for any reason, we will cheerfully refund 100% of your tuition for the entire first term.

Family Multi-Class Discount:

Only ONE family member pays full tuition. All other family members receive discounted tuition at the following rate: 2nd child tuition 10% discount, 3rd child tuition 25% discount, 4th child tuition and more FREE!

Make-Ups:

We allow two make-up classes per term. To schedule a make-up please see the front desk.

$35 Family Administration Fee:

This annual $35 fee defrays office/administrative, insurance and other non-teaching costs. Note that this fee covers your entire immediate family. This fee is paid upon initial registration and each 12 months thereafter.

Registration Procedure:

Registration can be taken in person or over the phone. Payment must be received 1 week prior to the start of the class to hold the spot.

Snow/Inclement Weather Closings:

You may watch KARE 11 or listen to WCCO for snow closing information or you may call our office and hear closing announcements on our phone messaging system. (Note that we do NOT link our snow closing decisions to any school system.)

Age Appropriate Classes:

Gymnastics Galaxy finds it important to keep all of the classes age appropriate, therefore our classes are divided first by age and then into ability levels. We feel this provides a more productive learning environment.

A Punctuality Plea:

Moms, Dads, for the sake of your child as well as the other children, please be on time! Being late is more distressing to your child than most parents realize.
