Q. Can I drop my child off for classes?
A. Galaxy is NOT equipped to supervise children before or after class. Parents of children unable to safely supervise themselves are to stay ONSITE and IN SIGHT of their child. Please note that Galaxy makes a concerted effort to deter unauthorized persons from entering the premises. However, realistically, it is impossible to distinguish an adult intent on abducting a child from a solo parent waiting for his or her child. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in our ongoing effort to ensure the safety of all children.
Q. Will you notify me to confirm my class choice?
A. No news is good news! You will receive a phone call if the class you have registered for is cancelled or combined.
Q. Do you offer make ups?
A. We offer make ups in program where doing so does not jeopardize safety or the integrity of the class.
Q. Why do you group by ages?
A. We feel it is most beneficial for children to be in classes with children of the same ages. We always make sure that each student works on skills appropriate to their level.
Q. Do we have to check in at the front desk?
YES you do! That is the only way our over worked and under paid front desk staff will be able to tell if you are here!
Q. Can we ever come into the gym?
A. The last week of every term we welcome parents into the gym for the last 5 – 10 minutes of class to see just what their star has been working on. Don’t forget to bring your camera to take pictures!
